Neurodiversity Celebration Week has just wrapped up, and it's the perfect time to reflect on the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace. This week, from 17 to 23 March 2025, was filled with inspiring events and discussions that highlighted the unique strengths and contributions of neurodivergent individuals. But why is neurodiversity so crucial, and why should it be embraced by all workforces?


Understanding Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity refers to the natural variations in how people think, process information, and experience the world. It includes individuals with conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and Tourette’s syndrome. These differences are not deficits but unique strengths that can significantly benefit workplaces.
